When I shop online, I use rebate sites that would give me a certain percentage of cash backs. Here are severals that I use for online shopping
- Ebates - the most common/popular/reputable one, and it seems like it's got the most online stores for cash backs. I think that site's got hotwire, Hotline, Travelocity for cashback rebates. I also have a membership thing with the airline that I frequently fly with, and your millages add up so you can earn free flight tickets at a certain amount too.

Note on ebates.com...they are notorious for infecting your computer with al kinds of spyware. If you simply *must* sign up, make sure you also download some spyware protection specifically designed to deal with ebates spyware.
